OMG   There is more talk about investigations than there is medical
support

Sounds professional and efficient so what's the problem?

The potential for problems arise if you happen be to the CLAIM

It is the job of the Third Party Administrators that work for insurance companies to keep
the insurance company expenses as low as possible.
CNA hired a Third Party Administrator called Total Medical Services to handle our CLAIM
and they made our life a living hell.   On their website they promised to save the CLIENT
more money than any other Workman's Compensation Third Party provider.

Money, your life and limb is all about money.

CNA had control of our finances and the TPA had control of my husbands life and limb.  

CNA threatened to remove him from our home if I didn't stop complaining about the poor
medical they were providing.
I hate to think of how much Acinetobacter baumannii was passed from our home to the
other patients down the line by unqualified home health care workers.

Tangiers is not only handling the medical in Iraq but determining disability ratings on the
spot?

The Defense Base Act provides the injured contractor with rights that are being stomped
all over by this arrangement with Tangiers International.

We will break them down here and explain them in detail.

This applies from day one to each specialist they may eventually need.
